The master plan of AgroBangla Eco City has been designed with a clear and modern planning philosophy, focusing on environmental harmony, community well-being, and long-term sustainability. Key principles we follow include:

🧱 Plot Size & Layout


Plot Sizes: 3, 5, 7.5, and 10 Kathas (larger or combined plots are available upon request).

Each plot will be clearly demarcated, numbered, and boundary-marked on all sides.

Every plot will have access to a paved or brick road along with a proper drainage system.

Green boundaries will be maintained between plots to preserve the natural and eco-friendly environment.

🚗 Roads & Connectivity

Main Road: 40 feet wide paved road.

Secondary Road: 30 feet wide.

Branch Road: 20 feet wide.

Inner Road: 15 feet wide.

The main entrance will feature a Smart Gate and Security Checkpost.

Tree plantation and solar-powered streetlights on both sides of the roads.

Convenient access from Mymensingh city — only about 15 minutes’ drive.

🛡️ Security System


CCTV surveillance and security checkpoint at the main entrance.

24-hour trained security personnel on duty.

Each block will have its own boundary wall and street lighting.

Emergency helpline and monitoring room available for residents’ safety.
